Welcome to the website of QUINCE M PRO DOO (hereinafter: “QMP”, “we”, “our company”).

We respect the privacy of our website visitors and are committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Serbia, including the Personal Data Protection Act, as well as the applicable principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. What data we collect

We may collect the following data:

• your full name, company name, email address, phone number, and the content of messages you send us
• technical data, such as IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, device type, operating system, browser, screen resolution, language, and date and time of the visit
• website interaction data, such as pages visited, traffic source, visit duration, clicks, and other website events
• pseudonymous identifiers stored by analytics and advertising cookies

We collect contact and business data when you voluntarily provide it through the contact form, email, telephone, or business cooperation. Technical and interaction data may be collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you visit the website.

2. Purpose and legal basis of processing

We use your data for the following purposes:

• responding to inquiries, communicating, preparing offers, and providing technical consultations
• improving the website and user experience
• measuring website traffic and usage
• measuring the performance of our advertisements and marketing campaigns
• showing more relevant advertisements on Meta platforms where this feature is enabled and an appropriate legal basis applies
• keeping records of business communication

Depending on the processing activity, the legal basis may be your consent, our legitimate interest in improving the website and our business, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract, or complying with a legal obligation.

We do not use data for unauthorized profiling, nor do we sell it to third parties.

Our website uses necessary cookies and may also use analytics and advertising cookies for proper website operation, traffic analysis, improving user experience, and measuring advertising performance.

Where a cookie settings panel is available on the website, you can use it to accept or reject analytics and advertising cookies and subsequently change or withdraw your choice. 4. Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a service provided by Google, to measure website traffic and understand how visitors use the website. GA4 may use cookies, including cookies prefixed with _ga, and collect device and browser data, approximate location, traffic source, pages visited, and website events.

Google states that Google Analytics uses an IP address upon receipt of data to derive approximate location and protect the service, but does not log or store individual IP addresses in the Google Analytics system. User-level and event-level data is retained for the period selected in our GA4 account settings, while aggregate statistical reports may be retained for longer.

5. Meta Pixel

We use Meta Pixel, a technology provided by Meta Platforms, to measure visits, advertisement and campaign performance, and, where enabled, to create audiences and show more relevant advertisements on Facebook and Instagram.

Meta Pixel may record events such as a page view and other interactions with the website, together with information such as the visited page URL, referring page, event time, browser and device information, and pseudonymous identifiers. Meta cookies, including _fbp and, in certain cases, _fbc, may be used for these purposes. Meta may associate this information with a user's Meta account in accordance with its policies and the user's settings.

6. Other third-party services

The website may contain content, maps, or links to services such as Google Maps, LinkedIn, and YouTube. If you activate or open such content, the relevant provider may process technical data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

7. Data sharing and international transfers

We do not sell or disclose your data to unauthorized third parties. Data may be available to authorized associates and partners, public authorities when required by law, hosting and IT service providers, and Google and Meta in connection with our use of GA4 and Meta Pixel.

Certain service providers may process data outside the Republic of Serbia or the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable rules and the safeguards described by the service providers in their terms and data protection documentation.

8. Data retention and security

We retain data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law. The retention period for analytics and advertising data depends on our account settings and the policies of Google and Meta. User-level and event-level data in a standard GA4 account is retained for the period selected in the settings, commonly 2 or 14 months.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction.

9. Your rights

Under applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You also have the right to submit a complaint to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.
